Cancellation Policy
To protect our staff and ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy for our massage, body treatments, sound bath therapy, and yoga sessions. Please be aware of the following terms:
Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients and ensures our staff can manage their schedules effectively.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if a client fails to show up, a cancellation fee will be charged. This fee will be equal to 100%.
Late to an appointment: We consider being late to an appointment a no show, please be prompt for your service. Any client 15 minutes late to a service will be charged 100%. This ensures that services are performed on time for the best experience.
Booking Confirmation: Clients will receive a confirmation of their booking along with a reminder of our cancellation policy.
Arrival: Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to scheduled service to allow for decompression time in our spa lounge.
